11:00 - 11:30 : Opening ceremony of New York Short Film Festival
12:00 - 16:30 : Artist Reception for special visitors and invited guests

Works Considered by Board
This film festival is open to all local, national or international artists, academics and film makers
All local, national and international artists, professional and amateur and multiple art mediums will be considered in this call for art.
Note: All artists who submit to this show will be accepted and have at least one of their submitted works posted and promoted on our website...

How to Apply
- Send your application form and your short film to info@nyconference.org until September 10, 2023 via email
- Short film should be in MP4 format
- After evaluation if your film is seleceted for screening we will send you an  acceptance letter
- After receiving your acceptance please make your payment via credit card until September 15, 2023
